Individual Consultation

If you have been encouraged to go to therapy and work on your issues, I will be encouraging you to go and live your life. It takes courage to live. In the era of fancy names for different therapeutic modalities and deceptive offers to fix your problems quickly we search for something that will help us to avoid pain and discomfort. I strongly believe that suffering is transformative and if lived through, it will help you to explore your strengths and resiliency. Life is therapeutic.

“If there is meaning in life at all, then there must be meaning in suffering. Suffering is ineradicable part of life, even as fate and death. Without suffering and death human life cannot be complete” Viktor E. Frankl.

We live in a complex world that puts a lot of pressure on our shoulders and it’s close to impossible to live a well-balanced life. In fact, I don’t believe in balance or happiness, but I do believe in meaningful life. Meaningful life consists of all the emotions, and in my practice we find ways to accept and use them for your benefit.

In my fifteen years of professional career I have utilized an eclectic approach with the focus in Narrative therapy, Existential therapy and Logotherapy. Through a multiple perspective on your story, we can choose the one that will make sense and help you find an inspiration to move forward no matter which difficulties you’ve had to face.

I have an extensive experience working with clients who have lived trauma, loss, relationship issues, parenting issues, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. I also work with those who suffer from addictions.
